Guests who spend their holiday in Scena/Schenna at our Olive & Gourmet Hotel Hirzer are overjoyed with the gourmet creations served here. This is solely due to the creativity of head chef Andreas and team including the careful selection of the ingredients, the gentle preparation of the meals and the sound presentation of the dinner menus which will make that your vacation days at Hotel Hirzer will be crowned with nothing but success.

Since 2016 the olive, our favourite Mediterranean stone fruit, is a key element in our Hotel Hirzer. We would like to share our passion for the olive and the olive products with you which is why we gave our hotel a new specialisation. From now on we offer olive-inspired gourmet treats, made with olives, olive oils and olive products – for the ultimate olive experience!

During your holiday in Scena/Schenna you will find the following culinary delights:

Gourmet board with breakfast buffet , 5-course evening menu with salad buffet and olive bar
Breakfast buffet (7.30 to 10.30 a.m.) with daily homemade tiger cake and pastry, various types of bread and muesli, egg meals, various cheeses and sausages, South Tyrolean bacon and ham as well as fresh, seasonal fruit. During the warm season, when the sun is shining, we invite you to take your breakfast on our sunny terrace and enjoy the fantastic panoramic views.
Sunday breakfast with prosecco and savoury delicacies
•Weekly olive aperitif
Side of olive oil during gala dinners on Sunday
•1 x per week sampling of olive oils
•2 x per week cheese buffet in the evening
•If the weather permits it, dinner and breakfast on the panoramic terrace
