Junior manager Andreas is also the head chef and conjures up refined Alpine Mediterranean creations every evening. He only uses fresh, high-quality products, which come mainly from the region: eggs, meat, vegetables, fruit ... In addition, mostly seasonal ingredients are use. “From farm to table” that’s our motto – the guests at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol recognise this by the intense flavours that characterise all dishes.
