Things to know about your holiday

Arrival
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2:00 p.m.

Bar
Our bar is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Children
Children under 12 may only use the lift when accompanied by an adult. Children are only allowed in the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult. We ask for your understanding that the sauna area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over and adults. The fitness equipment may also only be used by guests aged 16 and older.

Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children.

Dinner
We serve the evening menu from 7:00 p.m. The salad buffet is open from 6:30 p.m. Latest time for the menu is 19:30

Departure
Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Thank you.

Fire prevention
In your room or suite, the use of electric cooling bags, electric kettles, and other household appliances is not permitted for fire safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Indoor pool
You can use our indoor pool from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please only enter the indoor pool area with terry slippers or bathing sandals. Children may only use the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult. It is also forbidden to jump into the water.

Laundry
Please do not hang wet swimwear or towels on the balcony to dry.

Phone
To call another room, simply dial the corresponding room number. To call someone outside the hotel, first dial zero and then the desired phone number.

Please do not disturb
If you wish to not be disturbed, please hang the corresponding sign on your room door.

Room cleaning
Please support our housekeepers in their work and hang the appropriate sign on your room door as soon as you leave your room and the cleaning can take place. Thank you.

Sauna area
From 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, you can sweat in the sauna or in the tepidarium. During the summer months (June to August) the sauna area is only open with a reservation. The sauna area is not accessible to children under 16.
