Traditional Haflinger horseraces

On 13th April the traditional Hafling race takes place again at the Untermais Racecourse.
This event, which always takes place on Easter Monday, is a must for all fans, and would-be fans, of horseracing, and marks the opening of the annual racing season at the Untermais Racecourse. In the morning you can watch the Hafling horses in procession through the town centre, accompanied by brass bands in local costumes, and many colourful floats.
